The Stewards Training helped me to help other members in my workplace
I’ve worked in this Trust for 2 years having previous been employed by the Ulster Hospital working in the Dundonald Clinic. I have participated in continuous professional development through courses and training related to work. As a UNISON rep I completed the Building Women’s Confidence Course. These allowed me to make great friends and expand my support network.
The Stewards Training helped me to help other members in my workplace. It’s always a challenge to make the time for training and learning. We are short staffed at the moment so I am not undertaking anything but I plan to start afresh in the New Year when I get the chance.
