The Dementia Services Development Centre will deliver this much sought after workshop for UNISON members.
The high frequency of challenging behaviour in hospitals, care homes and other settings is a reflection of limited understanding among staff about how this behaviuor arises and how it is often a response to our own behavior or the environment.
This workshop explores how challenging behaviour is a form of communication and how we can respond appropriately.
This workshop is free to UNISON members
