Dealing with bullying is stressful, demotivational and can lead to illness. UNISON works at local area to tackle bullying. This workshop is useful for managers and those who are managed.
This one day course looks at the increasing incidence of bullying in the workplace and at ways of responding to the bully. This workshop will increase your awareness of the issue and your knowledge of how to handle it. It will cover:
What constitutes harassment? Why is it difficult to deal with? Procedures and other initiatives branches can adopt to deal with it Strategies aimed at preventing it
