Dealing with Stress - 27 January

One of the most common causes of ill health from work - whether paid or unpaid -is stress. This one day workshop will give you the opportunity to identify and minimise the effects of stress in your working and personal life, including relaxation techniques and work life balance.

Participants will get the opportunity to explore a range of issues including

  • Understanding stress as a key health & safety issue in your workplace
  • Ensuring that stress does not create ill health for you and your members
  • Effective strategies for minimising the effect of stress

The workshop will include
* Practical relaxation techniques
* Ways to help yourself and others manage work-life balance

This event takes place from 10am - 3.30pm in Enniskillen. This is free but only open to UNISON members.
