Rebecca Subar, a graduate from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government will facilitate this engaging workshop which aims to support managers/supervisors to develop strategies around problem solving and supervision.

In this workshop, you will learn a straightforward model for problem-solving for teams or one-on-one meetings with your staff. Participants will practice tools for surfacing conflicts and dealing with them in mutually acceptable ways before they get out of hand. The session will focus on expanding options for managing people in order to increase productivity and job satisfaction.
