Noreen Ritchie will explore the impact of leadership particularly on social care and social work teams. However, this workshop is relevant to any member working in a team environment who wishes to better understand team dynamics, inter dependence and leadership.

Noreen recently delivered the guest lecture on ‘The lessons from Baby P’ and will challenge participants to look at their own leadership role in teams and collective responsibility.
