The CIPD Certificate in Training Practice (CTP) is foundation-level standard in Learning and Development. This course is suitable for team supervisors, admin staff wanting to specialise in training and staff in HR and learning & development departments. The course will begin in February and run for 20 weeks.

The course is targeted at

• Training administrators seeking a broader understanding of the principles of training and development
• Those aspiring to a career in training and development
Supervisors / Managers with responsibility for supporting staff training

Participants on the programme will develop the skills needed to:

• Understand the training and development function
• Identify and prioritise learning needs
• Design training & assessment
• Deliver and evaluate training

The course starts in February and will be delivered in Belfast every Wednesday from 9.30-4.30pm for 20 weeks.
