West Belfast and Greater Shankill Health Employment Project, of which UNISON is a partner, is running a unique pilot programme which offers health records assistant trainee posts for band 1 staff. The post will run for one year and training will be provided. All those who complete will meet the criteria to apply for band 2 admin posts throughout the Trust.
