This course is targeted at activists currently representing members on Fitness to Practice cases and those who wish to develop skills in this area of representation. It will focus on the NMC Codes but will be relevant to general fitness to practice cases.
This model of legislation and practice review now applies across an increasing range of healthcare professions including Health care Assistants, PAMS and Home Care Workers and Ambulance Staff
