Ever said yes, when you really meant no? Wish you had more confidence in work or with family members? Our Building Confidence for Women course is running in Belfast on Thursday 24th January and we still have some places left.
The course is designed to help you feel more confident in work, in the union or in your local community. During the day, you will reflect on the how women make themselves heard, get a chance to practice speaking in a group environment, learn some new skills and are guaranteed to laugh loudly. Join the large number of women members who have successfully completed this exciting one day workshop.
