This course is targeted at activists who currently use the UNISON computerised information system. It aims to help branches to better engage with and target members. The course will run in our Derry office on Tuesday 3rd July from 10am - 3.30pm.

• Setting up table queries
• Using table queries to produce targeted reports
• Using table queries to produce targeted mailings
• Creating standard letters
• Using table queries to send letters to targeted groups of members
