Have you had a good experience of learning? Would you like to encourage others to learn? The Union Learning Rep training course is designed to give members the skills and confidence to support learning in the workplace. Two courses are taking place in April and June - a residential and a weekly one.
The residential will run from April 20th - 22nd and June 1st - 3rd. You must complete both weekends to become accredited .
The weekly course is delivered in Belfast by NIC-ICTU and will run for five Thursdays from May 3rd.
Each course is accredited by the Open College Network and those gaining the qualification will be able to negotiate time off through their branch to support learning in the workplace.
