There are still a number of places left on our Dealing with Stress Course which will run in Belfast on Tuesday 30th of January. One of the most common causes of ill health from work - whether paid or unpaid -is stress. This workshop will give you the opportunity to identify and minimise the effects of stress in your working and personal life, including relaxation techniques and work life balance.
