What You and Your Union Can Gain From The Course?
* How to plan and develop collective organisation which puts members and their interests at the heart of everything we do
* How to use a mapping exercise to run workplace meetings and to know who and where our members are
* You will learn how to organise effective representation and negotiations for all our members and with all employers
* You will identify areas for development and set up a branch plan to enable the development of your branch
How The Course Will Work?
We will work with the Head of Organisation & Development, the Officer, the Organiser and the Core Branch Team to introduce an organising model tailored to the specific needs of your branch.

* Introduce the organising approach
* Introduce branch development and organisation planning
* Develop the idea that the process is on-going
* Identify ways of overcoming problems which might prevent effective planning
