Government is undertaking a review of Health, Education and Council services which will result in reducing the number of Health Trusts from 17 to 7, Education & Library Boards merging under one authority and Council boundaries changing. This will have a huge impact on individuals who work at all levels in these sectors in terms of reduced staff required, transfer of terms and conditions to new employers and possible relocation.
