RMS Refresher Course

Targeted at: All trained RMS Users
Duration: 1 day

The course is aimed at giving existing users further support and confidence to enable more use of the RMS system within the branch. All the basics will be covered and there will also be the opportunity to talk to others about how to get the most out of the RMS at branch level.

The content of the course will cover:

  • Logging On/Off
  • Searching for individuals
  • Searching for groups of members
  • Using advanced search techniques
  • Updating Members records
  • Viewing Branch, Employer and Workplace Details
  • Printing Standard Reports
