RMS Advanced Refresher Training
Targeted at: RMS full access users in branches
Duration: 1 day
What you and your Union can gain from the course:
• Further support and confidence to enable more use of the RMS within the branch
• Talk to other RMS users about how to get the most out of RMS at Branch level
• Know more about your members and where they are
• Effective organising tool to assist the branch in recruitment an campaigning as well as other events
Key areas for you as a Learner:
• Setting up table queries
• Using table queries to produce targeted reports
• Using table queries to produce targeted mailings
• Creating standard letters
• Using table queries to send letters to targeted groups of members
