Do you work in a private nursing home or for a domiciiliary / home care provider? We know that some private sector employers discourage staff from joining a union, however it is your right to join a union and get information and protection in the workplace. You can join UNISON without informing your employer, by paying by direct debit. UNISON is running a series of evening events where you can come along and find out what we can do for you.
