This course has been devised to deliver training to our senior activist who represent UNISON on joint negotiating committees and represent the Union on a variety of bodies

• Examine different types of negotiation.

• Looking at the role of UNISON on joint negotiating bodies and how to strengthen our position.

• Preparing, presenting and negotiating on behalf of UNISON
