Women into Leadership
Targeted at: Any woman member
Duration 1 day
What you and your Union can gain from the course:
• increase your knowledge and understanding of the importance of women’s equal representation in politics, and
• explore your own and UNISON’s experience of politics.
Key areas for you as a Learner:
• Broaden your understanding of politics through understanding what it means
• This is a springboard for further developing your leadership, and decision making skills.
• Completion of this programme will lead to an internationally recognised certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management
