Building Confidence for Women

Targeted at: All women members
Duration: 1 day

This is a one day course, designed to help you feel more confident in work, in the union or in your local community. During the day, you will reflect on the how women make themselves heard, get a chance to practice speaking in a group environment, learn some new skills and are guaranteed to laugh loudly. Join the large number of women members who have successfully completed this exciting one day workshop.
