Harassment and Bullying at Work

Targeted at Members and activists who want to ensure a zero tolerance attitude to workplace bullying.
Managers who are Unison members who need help and advice to eradicate the problem in the workplace

Course duration 1 day

This one day course looks at the increasing incidence of bullying in the workplace and at ways of responding to the bully. This workshop will increase your awareness of the issue and your knowledge of how to handle it. It will cover:

  • What constitutes harassment?
  • Why is it difficult to deal with?
  • Procedures and other initiatives branches can adopt to deal with it
  • Strategies aimed at preventing it
