Slips, Trips and Falls Prevention for Home Care Workers
Targeted at : School based members
Duration: Half day (10am - 1pm)
This half day course explores how home care workers can reduce slips, trips and falls in an individual’s home. It will help promote
an understanding of the significance and impact of falls;
the importance of falls prevention;
facilitate participants to be aware of common risk factors associated with falls;
understand their role in falls prevention;
awareness e of falls management strategies;
