Multi-disciplinary public health has become a major focus of our working lives. The current high priority given to understanding the social determinants of health and well-being and to tackling health inequalities makes public health , ‘everybody’s business’. This workshop will be of interest to anyone who would like to incorporate public health practice into their current role, it will provide participants with an overview of multidisciplinary public health, incorporating user involvement in practice and developing communication skills.
It will be delivered by Sharon Henry, Open University with input from Dr Naresh Chadra, DHSSPS
