Duration 1 day
Leadership is a much bandied about word, but the perception is generally that leadership comes from the top. However, this workshop argues that it is possible for people to exercise leadership without having to hold a formally designated position of leadership in an organisation.
Participants will get a chance to explore issues such as
• Explore their own experiences of leadership in order to identify those characteristics and qualities, which they consider to be important as ‘followers’.
• Examine some of the current thinking about leadership as a role for anyone in an organisation.
• Begin a process of evaluating and developing their own leadership potential.
