CPD Framework for Occupational Therapy Support Workers

Targeted at: Occupational Therapy Assistants, Technical Instuctors, Rehab Assistants

This workshop is delivered in partnership with the British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT)

This workshop introduces a new framework designed specifically for OT Support Workers. The framework is deisgned to assist support workers to - plan their development - think about the capabilities used in their work - express plans for progress to colleagues and managers - reflect on and improve practice
