This workshop will engage participants in a series of practical exercises interspersed with the sharing ways of making sense of experiences, and exploring how to take action based on clarity and compassion
What you and your Union can gain from the course:
A chance to explore issues such as
• how oppressive and discriminatory systems operate
• the development of skills and strategies for intervention which are safe, non-threatening and respectful
• whether hierarchies of oppression really exist
