Alcohol health work in hospitals – opportunistic interventions for drinkers

This talk will look at the identification of alcohol problems in hospital and other primary care settings, give some ideas of the conditions that are associated with excessive drinking, and illustrate brief advice giving for non-specialists and brief interventions for substance misuse specialists.
