What you and your Branch can gain from the course:
• A greater understanding of the NHS Job Evaluation Scheme.
• Confidence to deal with members queries regarding the JE Scheme.
• How to deal with possible reviews.
• Assisting members in filling out the Job Analysis Questionnaire (JAQ).
Key area for you as a Steward
. Provide members with advice and support to facilitate the process of the Job Evaluation Scheme and allow them to make a more informed decision regarding the review process.
Those who attend this Course will be required following completion to act into this role within their relevant Trusts.
