* We will teach you how to use the disciplinary procedures
How The Course Will Work?
The course will use case studies and role plays to build your confidence and skills
Key Areas For You As A UNISON Steward
* How to represent your members in meetings with line manager
* Provide members with support when facing a disciplinary
* Encourage members to be confident to deal with minor problems themselves
* Understanding of branch structures and who you can go to for help
