This course will look at how to conduct meetings and ensure all participants at UNISON meetings have an equal say and that UNISON working guidelines are followed
Key areas for you as a Branch Activist:
• The roles and skills of the branch Chair
• Meeting the Organising aims of UNISON
• How to prepare effectively for meetings
• Rules of debate in formal meetings
• Ensure that meetings are open and welcoming and everyone has their say and reflects their members views
