• Understand and be able to communicate the specific damage to all women in the Budget and Spending Review.
• Learn the approaches to equality that could have made this different
• Look at how cuts are impacting on women in the workplace
• Be able to answer the frequently asked question; why are men taking the jobs women traditionally did?
Key issues for you as a Learner:
• Be able to bring a womanʼs perspective to working life and campaigns as the cuts bite.
• How to go from being angry to getting even
