Targeted at Activists and members where transfers of employement is on the agenda, and activists wishing to give them support

• Using TUPE as part of a negotiating strategy
• TUPE myths and realities
• Building on TUPE with new employers

• Crafting and communicating TUPE messages to members
• Knowing when to play the TUPE card
• Having the confidence to challenge employers who deny TUPE rights
