Targeted at: All women members
Duration: 2 days including an overnight residential
Many of our members who take part in our membership development programmes (such as Building Confidence for Women or Return to Learn) want to give something back to the union. So a number of Pathways workshops and courses are run each year to enable any member to start doing things in the union without committing themselves to become shop stewards or workplace representatives.
