Targeted at Any steward/activist who feels she/he would benefit

What you and your Union can gain from the course:

• Do you worry about speaking to managers
• Are you sometimes lost for works at meetings
• Don’t know how to face angry members or managers
• Don’t know the most effective way to put your thoughts in to words

Key areas for you as an activist

• Help build you confidence as a UNISON activist
• How to plan before you go to meetings to ensure you deal with any issues raised and effectively represent you members
• How to deal with confrontation
