As part of UNISON’s Continuing Professional Development programme, the UNISON branch in North & West Belfast Trust is hosting a session on “Mental Health: Care and Support issues for Mental health Workers” on May 24th from 1 - 2pm in the seminar room of Muckamore Abbey Hospital.
The workshop is a taster based on the Open University module Mental Health and Distress: Perspectives and Practice K257 which includes reflecting on the role of mental health practitioners and the role of others in responding to people who have mental health problems. The session will be delivered by Kate Doyle, OU tutor.
