Dealing with Death & Dying in Health Care Settings - 24th May

As part of UNISON’s Continuing Professional Development programme Belfast City Hospital will host a workshop on “Dealing with Death & Dying in Health Care Settings” . This is a taster session based on an Open University module and will run from 1 - 2pm on May 24th in Room 3 of the Henry Moore Building.

The session is based on the Open University module Death & Dying K206 which includes understanding and evaluating some concepts used frequently in managing death and dying, such as ‘a good death’, ‘autonomy and dignity’, ‘truth telling’ and ‘partnership and teamwork’.
